Biden Likely Had Zero Knowledge of Several EOs That Reshaped America’s Energy Future as Trump Official Reveals Dem Behind Ex-Prez Autopen Scandal: Bombshell Report

The Trump administration’s artificial intelligence (AI) czar has identified a Democratic senator as the individual who allegedly controlled the White House’s use of automated signature technology during the Biden presidency.

This comes at the same time a nonprofit organization has released a damning report revealing that Biden appears to have had no direct involvement in announcing or discussing eight major climate-related executive orders that fundamentally transformed American energy policy during his administration.

David Sacks, serving as President Donald Trump’s AI advisor, revealed his findings to Fox News host Jesse Watters.

He stated that his investigation points to one of the Senate’s most progressive members as the person responsible for Biden’s artificial signature appearing on numerous executive orders.

Sacks specifically named Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) as the individual who “controlled the autopen during that administration,” Resist the Mainstream reported.

He added that Warren harbors a “pathological hatred of the crypto community” and sought to “drive this community offshore.”

Power the Future, an energy-focused nonprofit founded by energy expert Daniel Turner, published findings this week that raise serious questions about who actually controlled the decision-making process behind Biden’s sweeping environmental agenda.

The organization’s investigation examined eight executive actions that dramatically altered the nation’s approach to energy production and climate policy.

Their research found no public record of Biden ever discussing these orders in any capacity.

The former president never addressed these policies in press conferences, speeches or even basic video statements, according to the nonprofit’s comprehensive review.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project had previously conducted an extensive analysis of Biden’s presidential documents, discovering that virtually every document bearing his signature used identical autopen technology.

Only one document appeared to carry a different signature – the letter announcing Biden’s withdrawal from the presidential race.

The Oversight Project concluded that “whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency.”

Among the executive orders that Biden never publicly discussed was a directive granting federal authority to lease public lands specifically for AI data centers powered by green energy sources.

Another order, issued in January 2025, removed over 625 million acres of the Outer Continental Shelf from future oil and gas leasing opportunities.

A March 2023 executive order banned oil drilling in Arctic regions, closing off another significant source of domestic energy production.

Biden made no public statements explaining this decision to the American people.

The investigation also revealed that Biden never addressed several 2021 orders that established new climate-focused offices within federal agencies.

Perhaps most significantly, Biden never publicly discussed his administration’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions across the entire federal government by 2050.

The former president also remained silent about requirements mandating 100 percent carbon-free electricity for federal facilities by 2030.

Power the Future emphasized the human cost of these policies in their report, noting that the Biden energy agenda destroyed the livelihoods of energy workers across the country.

The nonprofit posed a direct question about accountability, asking “what did Joe Biden know, and when did he know it?”

Trump criticized Biden’s presidency and questioned the validity of autopen-signed documents during a Department of Justice address on Friday.

“Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen, so how would he know that autopen is a big deal,” Trump stated, according to the Daily Mail.

The president emphasized his administration’s rejection of autopen usage for executive orders, calling the practice “disrespectful to the office” and questioning the legal validity of such signatures.
