WATCH: Top DNC Official Exposes Nancy Pelosi In Undercover Clip

Recently ousted Democratic National Committee vice chair David Hogg made some very casual admissions about former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in a new hidden camera interview published by Project Veritas.

“I would say Pelosi’s actually very good at her job. I don’t agree with the stock trading stuff. I mean, she gets better returns than almost every hedge fund in the city,” Hogg inadvertently told an undercover Project Veritas reporter.

Some of these members of Congress make trades that are like way too well-timed to not have like insider knowledge. They happen to be some of the best financial analysts in human history.”

When asked whether he had leveraged his DNC position to draw attention to the congressional stock trading issue, Hogg indicated that he has had only brief discussions about it over fear of retaliation.

“But it’s also like I know that if I pick that fight it’s going to be harder for us to get gun control passed, so I have to pick my battle. Like my heart, the hardest part about my job is I just want to burn everything down because it’s all so corrupt, but you got to pick your battles,” he said.

Hogg, who gained national prominence as a gun control activist in the aftermath of the Parkland High School shooting, frequently clashed with DNC mainstays after assuming a leadership position earlier this year. The far-left activist defied DNC Chair Ken Martin by promising to use party funds to primary “do-nothing” Democrats with progressive candidates, which led the committee to vote on a rule change that would bar DNC officials from taking stances in primary races.

Before the rule could take effect, the DNC Credentials Committee heard a complaint that alleged the body defied its own rules when Hogg and Malcolm Kenyatta were elected as vice chairs in February. The body then convened to elect new vice chairs, albeit under protest from Hogg, who argued that his promises to challenge party leadership lead to his removal.

Elsewhere in the conversation with an Project Veritas reporter, Hogg stated that Pelosi is “actually very good at her job” before adding that he doesn’t agree with “the stock trading stuff.”

“So you think that’s how Pelosi is worth hundreds of millions of dollars?” the reporter followed up, to which Hogg agreed before ultimately conceding that a congressional stock trading ban is not politically viable.

In the first section of Project Veritas’ undercover series on Hogg’s activities, the former DNC vice chair casually admitted that former President Joe Biden was never in control during his time in office.

Hogg revealed that he and other party leaders were fearful of the power wielded by Anthony Bernal, the chief of staff to former First Lady Jill Biden, who was deeply involved in directing the administration’s activities behind the scenes. Hogg noted that Bernal wielded “enormous” influence in the White House, adding that White House staffers were “afraid” of angering him.

Hogg added, “He wielded an enormous amount of power. I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House.”
